I have been involved in dentistry for nearly 30 years. I started out as a dental nurse at the age of 16 whilst studying my A levels.
I then worked full time converting a very busy NHS practice with 3 dentists from NHS to private. I continued my career in dentistry working within Sales and Marketing for large dental companies such as Stafford Miller, GlaxoSmithKline, CTS dental supplies and Biomet 3i.
My time with Biomet 3i gave me in-depth knowledge, training and teaching skills within the dental implant world. This involved selling, training and supporting dentists on their journey from general dentistry to implant dentistry as well as supporting highly experienced implant dentists within their businesses.
My passion for dentistry continued when I became a Founding Director of Huddersfield Dental Implants and Cosmetics (HDIC). We quickly became a renowned, highly successful, and dedicated dental implant referral practice.
In 2017 we merged HDIC with the West Yorkshire Dental Implant Centre (WYDIC) based in Brighouse, where I am now the Team Manager.
