I have a number of years’ experience in customer-focused roles including being a police officer. I have recently taken up a role as Patient Co-ordinator for The Temple Dental Practices and am really enjoying the challenges that this brings. As well as looking after HR-related matters, I co-ordinate referrals from our other referring dental practices so that our experienced Surgeons look after referred patients. I love my job. The staff at our practices are all professional and passionate about what they do and I find it a pleasure to work alongside them.
I have been a dental nurse for 15 years and I’m now senior clinical manager. I love my job just as much now as I did when I first started. I am all about patient care and I try my best to put nervous patients at ease. I spend my spare time bringing up my baby boy Max, who is my whole world.
I have worked in Dentistry for nearly 25 years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to bring to Temple Practice. I qualified as a Dental nurse in 2002 and went on to complete Dental Radiography, Oral Health Education and Dental Practice Management. I believe a good team starts with good training and I’m invested into bringing the best out of the team to be able to provide a five-star service for our patients. I have helped over 20 nurses complete the Dental Nurse qualification. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my family and playing netball.
I started life in leeds and studied locally then went on to graduate from Cardiff University in 2017 with a BDS(Hons) in Dental Surgery. Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit by going to the gym and playing football. I also supplement this with an annual ski trip. In the near future I hope to expand my skill set with post graduate course on restorative work, implanvology, facial aesthetics and cosmetic dentistry.
I qualified from Newcastle University in 2020. I am a strong believer in patient education and the prevention of dental diseases. I love getting to know my patients and working with anxios patients in order to make them feel at ease. Paediatrics is the field of dentistry I am most passionate about; enforcing good dental habits from a young age. Outside of work, I enjoy Yorkshire walks with my beagle “Atlas”, cooking and a spot of sky-diving.
I thoroughly enjoy the challenges of modern dentistry, and I have a special interest in orthodontics. When I’m not looking after my patients teeth, I’m looking after my cheeky toddler son. I also enjoy socialising, walking in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, and relaxing with a good book.
I have worked as a Dental Nurse for 8 years now; working in both NHS and Private practices. I am very passionate about my job and I am really enjoying working with our lovely patients and being a part of the wonderful team at The Temple Practice.
I have just started an apprenticeship with West Park Dental Practice in Brighouse. The team have been extremely supportive and I feel that I have been welcomed with open arms and that I have joined a family. I am really enjoying building good relationships with both staff and patients alike. My hobbies when not working are dancing as I teach children dance at the weekends.
I enjoy learning new skills and interacting with the patients, putting them at ease where I can. Along with nursing, I often cover and help out on reception. This is a great way to meet the patients before they go through to the Dentist for treatment.
I am currently training to be a Dental Nurse at The Temple Dental Practice in Leeds. I enjoy my work because it combines the practicality of working within a dental practice, together with exercising interpersonal skills. I love working cooperatively with the dental team and providing the best possible service to patients of all backgrounds. I am passionate about giving care because it is very rewarding to see patients satisfied with both the proficient dental work and the consideration and kindness of staff. I am passionate about patient journey and care.
I am currently working as a Trainee Dental Nurse. I have always been interested in dentistry and I am looking forward to furthering my career. I am really happy working as part of a wonderful team. I am also interested in beauty and aesthetics. In my spare time I look after my nieces who are 1 and 2 years old.
As a Patient Coordinator, I help manage patients’ care, coordinate treatment plans and liaise with the dentists. I am thoroughly enjoying the role as I feel very passionate about customer care and service.
I love working on reception at the Temple Practice. I enjoy meeting the patients and chatting to them before/after their appointments, putting them at ease if they are nervous and answering any questions they have. Every day is different, no two days are the same. We have a great team here who are very friendly and supportive to everyone.
